She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Hlad; and her sister Sandra Geisting (Hlad). She is survived by: her mother Virginia Hlad (Prusiecki); her husband John Joseph Kiernan, Jr.; her brothers, Randy Hlad (Cindy) and Rod Hlad (Debbie); and her sons, Brent (Katie), Bryan and Andrew (Allyson). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sharon's name to one of the following charities: Riley Children's Hospital, The Share Foundation, Village of Merici, or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Mercy Center.
