He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Hansraj Khanna and Prakash Wati Khanna. He is survived by: his wife Nirmal Khanna; his daughters, Madhu Stemmermann (Andrew Stemmermann), Meena Khanna and Dr. Bindu Khanna; his grandchildren, Savanna Stemmermann and Krish Khanna; his siblings, Nirmal Handa and Ashok Khanna; his siblings-in-law, Subhash and Inder Khanna (Kuki); and his son-in-law Andrew. He is also survived by his family, friends.
