He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his son Neil of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Carolyn Buckbee (Dennis) of Lincoln, NE and Don Chalupa (Kay) of Columbus, OH; his nieces, Michaela Bohling (Jeff) of Lincoln, NE, Lauren Chalupa of Columbus, OH and Allison Chalupa; his nephew Jason Buckbee (Anne) of Soldotna, AK.; his uncles, Eldon Chalupa of Pinconning, MI and Edwin Chalupa (Shirley) of Sargent; and his daughter Jenna Irene.
