He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Sr. Talbot and Martha O. Talbot; and his great grandchild Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Danita; his children, DJ Talbot, Brian Talbot (Rosie), Danita Jo Talbot (Chris Parisi) and Kimberlee West (Ryan); his grandchildren, Aaron Talbot, Chrystina Belakiewicz, Allyssa Campbell, Caden Talbot, Brian Talbot, Jr., Maggie Talbot and Joe Talbot; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Gwen, Mary, Mikey, Lizzie, Jack and George; and his sister Noreen Welsh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
