He was predeceased by: his parents, Max E. Skinner and Martha E. Skinner (Ziegler); his sister Susan A. Stada (Gerald); and his niece Christina Stada. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Skinner (Rhonda); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Stada, Sara Skinner, Scott Stada and Nathan Skinner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
