She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Jay McHone (Koryn) and Ryan McHone (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Brayden, Delainey, Bryson, Ellarie, Amiyah, Brody and Jocelynn; and her siblings, Donna Hofmann (Tom) of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Carol Frazier of Kankakee and Donald Frazier of Pompano Beach. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
