He is survived by: his parents, Howard D. and Melissa Spence Passage; his wife Anne Kerr Mills Passage; his children, Jeffery Passage (Mary) and Jenny Passage Bailey; his stepchildren, Sally Matlock (Mike), Craig Mills (Susan), Bruce Mills (Kelly), David Mills (Debbie) and Scott Mills (Jamie); his grandchildren, Faryn Bailey and Christen Bailey; his stepgrandchildren, Nick Mills, Taylor Mills, Jordan, Connor, Brandon Mills, Avery Mills, Amy Passwater, Lori Passwater, Jennifer Key (Jon), Parker Key, Peyton Key, Austin Smelser, Zachary, Brianna and Nathan Passwater; and his sister Shirley Schultz.
