He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Polokoff and Rosalind Polokoff. He is survived by: his wife Arlynn Ellison Polokoff; his children, Ryan Polokoff (Sabine Kissee), Marilyn Doyle (Ivan Barrios) and Jorie Damiani (Michael); his grandchildren, Allison, Jared and Slade; and his siblings, Joyce Smail and Larry Polokoff.
