He is survived by: his children, Susan Garciaserra (Tony), Linda Butterworth, Mary Jane O'Sullivan and Matthew Butterworth (Karen); his grandchildren, Kara, Kevin (Caitlin), Adam, Kenny, Gabrielle, Jacob, Alyssa (Thomas), Karha Jane, Malina and Michael; his great grandchildren, Jaycen David, Titus and Teddy; and also Grayce Butterworth.
