He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Guthrie and Esther Dalton Guthrie; his former wife Lenette Hopkins Guthrie; and his siblings, Jerry Guthrie, Sherry Warner, Darlene Ritchey and Wanda Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Guthrie of Campbellsburg, Tim Guthrie (Tricia) of Salem, Jason England (Kutina) of Mitchell, Tom England (Stacey) of Mitchell, Donna Marshall (Brian) of Salem and Sherry Markle (Mike) of Bedford; and his siblings, Keith Guthrie of Orleans, Marvin Guthrie of French Lick and Saundra Hardin of Bedford. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
