She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Perez (Wallace); her husband Phil Melton of Campbellsburg; her children, Shirley Lee Gabbard (Weston) of Bedford, Amanda Lynn Little of Bedford, Adonica Grissom (Billy) of Mitchell, Jacob Melton (Melissa) of Mitchell and Eli Melton of Campbellsburg; her siblings, Donna Page of Butler, Rose Walker (Danny) of Dunnellon, Robert Page (Vicki) of Ellenton and Cheryl Bach (Don) of Palmetto, Florida; and her stepfather Robert Perez. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
