She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clyde and Flona Veysylvia Rosenbaum Lee; her husband Wilbur Chastain Jr.; and her siblings, Roy Lee, Virginia Brown and Ethel Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Wolford of Campbellsburg, Kermit Chastain (Kathleen) of Terre Haute, Leon Chastain (Michelle) of Salem and Lynn Chastain (Rosetta) of Salem; and her brother Paul Ray Lee of Jeffersonville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
