He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Bishop and Eva Louise Bishop-Wingler; and his wife Carol Elizabeth Bishop (Stephenson). He is survived by: his children, Leann Bush (Mark) of Little York, Greg Bishop (Lana) of Campbellsburg and Brent Bishop (Kim) of Salem; his grandchildren, Brady Bishop (Amy), Alandra Henderson (Austin), Brock Bush (Brooklyn), Olivia Bush (Johnny Peoples), Alec Bishop (Kristen), Easton and Tucker Bishop; and his great grandchildren, Aria, Khloe, Bryce, Turner and Rowen.
