She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Cox and Lucy Finet (Hoskins); and her siblings, Dan Cox and Elayne Chattin. She is survived by: her husband Harold Starnes; her sons, Ernie Nester (Janace), Jim Nester (Jill) and Tim Nester (Debbie); her stepdaughters, Tonia Starnes and Tracy Hood; and her sister Debbie Dowell. She is also survived by her loving family for her devotion to her family, especially her parents.
