Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth Louise Doerstler (Cambridge City, Indiana), born in Greens Fork, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 94, on February 4, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shiebla and Helen Shiebla (Fisher); her husband Roger Doerstler; and her brother Harold Shiebla. She is survived by: her children, Jim Doerstler (Pat), Michael Doerstler (Nancy), Marvin Doerstler (Loma) and Jo Anne Crownover (Dwayne); her sister Carolyn Basford (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Shiebla. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews and many neighbors and friends.
Due to COVID concerns, there will be no public calling.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research or to Central Christian Church, 4511 National Road W., Richmond, IN 47374, or the donor's favorite charity.
