She is survived by: her children, Judy Athey (Bill) of Mundelein, IL, Warren Fields (Diane) of Indianapolis, IN and Daryl Fields (Ruth) of Pershing, IN.. She is also survived by her children, she is survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two brothers, numerous nieces & nephews and extended family.
