He was predeceased by: his father James Clayton Hicks; and his sister-in-law Sonya Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Hicks (Steele); his son Jarried Clayton Hicks of Cambridge City; his siblings, Jim Hicks of Milton, Paul Hicks (Leisa) of Cambridge City and Cindy Hicks Howell (Bruce) of Cambridge City; his mother Dorothy Hicks of Cambridge City; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Steele (Susan) of Cambridge City and Leon Steele (Karen) of Cambridge City.
