He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Foster and Doshia Gibson Foster; and his brother Paul Eddy Foster. He is survived by: his pet Shadow; his wife Victoria Haning; his children, Frank Foster Jr. (Casey) of Aiken, Ralph Runyon (Jean) of Connersville, Gracia Newman (Christopher) of Rossville and Michael Foster (Jessica) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; his grandchildren, Andrew Runyon, David Runyon, LaChricia Bryan, Hope Foster, Makayla Foster, Brandon Foster, Tyler Foster, Heaven Foster, Skylin Foster and Brady Foster; and his siblings, Jena Gilbert (Garry), Cheryl Young of Connersville, Laura Tucker (Richard) of Arlington, Mary Foster (Richard Fong) of Sacramento California, Dennis Foster and Robert Foster (Paula) of Connersville. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
