He was predeceased by: his parents, Sim Tollett and Lilly Tollett (Easterly); his wife Coralyn Tollett; and his siblings, Frank Henry, Ella Mae, Ida Marshie, Emily Margie, Elva Martha, Ethel Mary and Ray Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Rick Tollett (Violet) of Greens Fork, Tammy Tollett of Hagerstown, Jean Ann Ballinger (Frank) of New Castle and Tim Tollett (Janie) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Justin Werking (Tammy), Jason Werking (Heather), Billy Tollett, Sarah Buroker (Andrew), Megan Key (Josh), Hannah Tollett and Sam Tollett; and his great grandchildren, Max, Madison Werking, Keegan, Korban Buroker, Kaden Key and Liam Tollett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
