He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Halden H. Clements and Evalena Clements (Smith); his wife Janet S. O'Neal; his daughter Tamra Clements (Steve); and his grandchildren, Kathryn Bebout (Tyler) and Chase Anderson (Jessica). He was also cherished by 5 great-grandsons.
