She is survived by: her mother Kala S. Jarvis (Harris); her daughters, Leanne Smith (Josh) of Centerville and Stephanie Taylor of Cambridge City; her grandchildren, Jaden, Kinsley, Sawyer, Brycen, Ryker and Remi; and her brothers, Michael G. Jarvis (Jessica) and Luke A. Jarvis. She is also survived by nieces and one nephew.
