He is survived by: his wife Ruth Russell; his children, Pam Toppe, Bev Underwood (Fred), Rhonda Chapman and Mendy Ferguson (John); his grandchildren, Chadd Bryant, Chris Bryant, Kim Michaels (Nathan), Kasey Prewitt (Daron), Clayton Ferguson, Kyle Ferguson and Carson Ferguson; and his siblings, Michael Grider (Kathy), Ralph Grider (Sherry), Richard Grider, Linda Gaines (Donnie), Brenda Ballard (Chuck), Barbara Durbin (Charles) and Vera Ruwe (Bobbi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
