He is survived by: his wife Patty Spray; his children, Tenley Foster (C. J.) of Brownstown, Traci O'Connor (Shaun) of Colorado, Tia Horton of Alaska and Thomas Buster of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Ryan Jones (Amanda) of Brownstown, Natasha Horton, Kacie Horton of Norman and Dereck Foster (Layna) of Bedford; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Haley and Avery; his siblings, Evan Buster of Columbus and JoAnne Shepherd of Colorado; and his uncle Jack Garland (Phyllis) of Ohio.
The family requests that any memorials be made at the funeral home to support FOP Earl Brown Lodge #89 Cops and Kids.
