He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Heath and Ella Marie Heath (Hammons); and his stepbrother Chester Hammons, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Anita Grass; his sisters, Sylvia Bocock and Gloria West; his stepfather Chester Hammons; his children, Lisa Graham (Larry) and Gary Heath (Linda); his grandchildren, Amanda Heath, Shelby Parsons (Kenny), Kasey Hughes and Michael Heath; his great grandchildren, Kaybree Hughes, Samantha Hughes and Colton Parsons; his siblings, Larry Heath (Melinda) and Vicki Cox (Gary); and his stepsiblings, Betty Padgett and Jim Hammons (Cindy Hammons).
