He was predeceased by: his wife Stacie Lamborne-Judy; and his parents, Leo Judy and Norma Jean Danner Judy. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Watts (Eric) and Christina Watson (Greg); his sisters, Barbara Morlock and Darlene Judy; and his stepdaughters, Britt and Teal Lamborne. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
His love of creating was demonstrated by his design and construction of three of his homes and his contribution to the building of the Pendleton Historical Museum which opened in 1981.
