She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Tarter (Stephen); her grandchildren, Ashley Navarrete (Federico), Stephen Tarter Jr., Dustin Tarter, Jacob Tarter and Devon Tarter; her great grandchildren, Lilly Anders, Lylah Navarrete and Federico Navarrete Jr.; and her sisters, Dorothy Jordan and Joyce Grimes.
