Snapp and Elizabeth Rose Snapp; his former wife Phyllis Baker Snapp; his siblings, John Snapp and Judy Rich; his wife Kahla; his children, Jim Snapp (Betsy), Shannon Clark (Julius Carroll), Shawn Gilligan (Charlie Jones), Elisa Stinger and Angela Hill (Randy); his siblings, Jeffrey Snapp (Deb) and Jinger Dykes (Larry); his grandchildren, Amie (Orion), Philip, Emily (Derek), Jay (Brooke), Isabelle, Megan (Cameron), Aiden and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Izzie, Dylan, Sydney, Jude, Quinn and Virginia. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Calvary United Methodist Memorial Fund.
