He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hodge and Naomi Hodge; and his son Michael Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hodge; and his children, Linda McKinney (Rick), Daniel Hodge (Joni) and Shari Krueger (John). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
