He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Swihart; and his siblings, Esther Myers, John and Walter Kasey. He is survived by: his brother Lawrence; and his children, Pam, Vicki, Kraig and Tina. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
