She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Fulkerson; and her parents, Rayburn Fitch and Viola Fitch. She is survived by: her children, Carl Vaught (Andrea), Carla Vaught and Matthew Fulkerson (Stephanie); her sister Rae Jean Parson; her grandchildren, Chelsea Meadows (Jacob), Stephanie Oteham (Eric), Brad Carr (Jody) and Diana Fulkerson; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Meadows, Mattis Meadows, Maggie Oteham, Easton Carr and Quenton Carr.
