She is survived by: her husband Ronald Levien; her children, Chad Kiley (Modesty) of Brownsburg, Shelley Rubinacci (Vito) of Terre Haute and Courtney Kiley of Brownsburg, Indiana; her grandchildren, Ethan Rubinacci, Toby Kiley, Emrey Rubinacci, Gabriella Nibarger and Coe Kiley; and her siblings, Suzanne Fischer (John) of Moreno Valley, Genie Horch of Cypress, Nancy Abbuhl (Ed) of Uhrichsville and Eric Allanson of Indianapolis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
