She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Richter; her parents, Bill Cooper and Ethel Boyd; and her brothers, Billy Cooper and Jimmy Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ruth and Robert Ruth (Angela); her sisters, Peggy Hall and Aretta Sullivan (Robert); her granddaughter Jessica Sturgeon (Lukas); and her great grandchild Zoe Sturgeon. She is also survived by many extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, Brenda requested that donations be made to the church she attended and supported.
