He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaulty Mullins and Callie Mullins; his wife Carolyn Mullins; and his son Billy. He is survived by: his children, Fred Scheiber (Becky), Randy Mullins (Debbie), Bobby Mullins, Annette Fields (Brooke) and Jeffrey Mullins (Valeri); and his daughter-in-law JoAnna Mullins Spence (Randy). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
