He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Mullins and Hazel Elizabeth Mullins (Moore); and his grandson Jeremiah Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. White; his children, Leroy Mullins (Tonja) of Metamora, Joyce Grubb (Leo) of Brookville and Leona Pence (Danny) of Metamora, Indiana; and his siblings, Ray Mullins of Brookville, Indiana, Laverne Metcalf of Brookville, Indiana, Walter Mullins (Nancy) of Brookville, Indiana, John Mullins (Donna) of Brookville, Indiana, Ellar Sandlin (James) of Brookville, Indiana, Naomi Richardson (Jimmy) of Laurel and Jewell Richardson (Johnny) of Laurel. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
