He is survived by: his sons, Michael Wulber of Zionsville and Mark Wulber of Cape Coral, Florida; his grandchildren, Abigail Wulber and Michael Wulber Jr.; and his sisters, Patricia Ness, Mary Kelley, Dawn Wulber and Bonnie Merrell.
