She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan Hymer and Dorothy Hymer (Richardson); her husband Charlie Couch; her son Ricky Lee Couch; and her brother Boyd Hymer.

She is survived by: her friend Lora Crockett; her son Charles "Eddie"; her daughters-in-law, Nellie Couch of Brookville and Analyn Couch of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kevin Couch of Los Angeles, Jeremy Couch of Louisville and Rachel Couch of Richmond, Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Tai and Parker Couch of Louisville, Kentucky..
