He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. Sr. Kowalsky and Margaret Kowalsky (Cornett). He is survived by: his children, Timothy E. Kowalsky (Anna) of Columbus, Michael Kowalsky (Joy) of Sherman and Becky Kowalsky of Connersville, Indiana; and his sister Margaret Hodapp of Brookville, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews.
