He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hunter and Marjorie Cook (Neidig). He is survived by: his wife Christine Kay Cook (Rhoades); his brother Jon (Toni); his children, Brittany (Adam) and Brady; his grandchildren, Colwyn and Davy; his parents-in-law, Larry, Nancy and Rhoades; and his uncle Mike. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
