He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Barrett and Mary Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy D. Barrett; his children, Derrick Barrett, Gilda Hattabaugh and Sheila Jackson; and also, Borden and Sellersburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
