She was predeceased by: her father George Sweeney, Jr.; her husband Keachy Chapman; and her sons, Troy Chapman and Michael Chapman. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Sweeney of Henryville; her daughters, Debbie Cavanaugh (Glen) of Henryville and Alicia Spaw of Henryville; her siblings, Ronnie Sweeney (Michelle) of Charlestown, Roger Sweeney (Helen) of Henryville, Sharon Sigman of Henryville, Rita Collins of Henryville and Marcia Lesnet of Austin; and her grandchildren, Tiffany, Josh, Sheena, Erica, Tessa and Keacy Mrs (Chapman).
