He was predeceased by: his parents, Ives Walton and Lalah Walton (Pennington); his daughter Pamela Rene Walton; and his siblings, Hobart, Cleo, Cecil, Jack Walton, Wilma Karnes, Dorthy Rexroat, Fernia Bierly and Clara E. Sweeney.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Walton (Hurst); his son Jeffrey M. Walton (Rhonda) of Enon, Ohio; and his sister Virginia Coots of Salem. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to Pleasant View United Methodist Church.
