He was predeceased by: his parents, Kinsey Hardisty and Bertha Hardisty; his wife Ruby Hardisty; and his sister Wilma Jean. He is survived by: his children, Steve Hardisty (Janie) and Candace Zike (Darrell) of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Heidi, Trent, Travis, Hillari, Kylee, Kacie, Trevor and Scott; and his sisters, Norma Joyce Updike and Janice Scott. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 10 great- great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (4235 W 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47403). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4235 W 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47403).
