She is survived by: her children, Zachary Cole Pugh of Unionville and Molly Anne Pugh of Unionville; her father Robert Allen "Bob" Lettelleir of Bloomington; and her brothers, Bradley Allen Lettelleir of Bloomington and Stephen Paul Lettelleir (BB) of Columbus.
