Stella Werner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Werner of Beech Grove, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Ellis and Martha Anna Newport, Sr. (Hicks); her husband Harold Francis Werner; her daughter Patricia Marie Lamping (Werner); and her siblings, Marguerite Ann Jedinak (Newport), Ora Ellis Newport Jr., Normand Allen Newport, Mary Helen Stewart (Newport) and Louis Howard Newport.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Kay Coyle (Werner) and Karen Sue Werner-Scroggin (Robert); and her sister Elva Mae Spears (Newport). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 28 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Name Catholic Church.
