He was predeceased by: his parents, Autry Billington and Pauline Billington (Turner); and his brother Bob Billington. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Billington (Templin); his sons, Mark Scott (Jill), Chris (Aimee) and Jeffrey (Jackie); his stepchildren, Audra (Todd) and Nick (Steph); his grandchildren, Brian, Sam, Jack, Chase, Joel, Kate, Bryce, Nola, Adrianna, Kayla, Brittany, Brayleigh and Renner; and his sisters, Jackie Barron and Jane Jacques (Bucky). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
