He is survived by: his mother Dorothy (Stout); his wife Jessica Campbell (Zollman); his children, Mary Jane Campbell, Kalya Dawn Madden (Jeremy) and Cody Campbell (Shelby); his siblings, Todd Campbell, Justin Zollman, Kim Smith (Richard) and Pearlie Newton Austin (Jeff); his grandchildren, Aubree Madden, Colten Madden and Myla Abner; and his niece Kasey Smith.
