He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Mullins and Sally Bell Mullins (Neace); his brother-in-law Ralph Campbell; his nephew Jason "Scotty" Barger; and his niece Sandi Campbell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bradley Mullins of Urbana, OH, Brenda Barger (Bill) of Austin, Barbara Smith (Lonnie) of Austin, Joyce Campbell of Austin, Gearl Dean Williams (Wayne), Donna Moore (Philip) of Scottsburg, IN, Melissa Robinson (Brian) of Deputy and Tim Mullins (Patricia) of Charlestown, IN.. He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews, 35 great-nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nephews.
