She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Keith Evans of Scottsburg, Indiana, Jonathon Levi Evans of Scottsburg, Indiana, Shade Dylan Evans of Scottsburg, Indiana and Douglas Clay Evans of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her brothers, William Combs of Austin, Indiana, Justin Combs of Austin, Indiana and Barnus Combs of Austin, Indiana.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
