She is survived by: her children, Rhonda DeHart of Austin, Indiana, Deanna Whicker of Austin, Indiana, Tina Blaylock (Greg) of Austin, Indiana and Darrell McLemore of Monroe, Ohio; her sisters, Helen Wilds of Beattyville, Kentucky, Opal Newman of Beattyville, Kentucky, Judy Shouse of Beattyville, Kentucky and Evelyn McIntosh of Beattyville, Kentucky.; her daughter Janet Phillips; and her brother Rouster McIntosh. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
