She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Dehart and Evalee Dehart (Napier); her former husband Girdley Richie; her husband McKinley "Bud" Bowling; her sons, Larry and Danny Richie; and her siblings, Charlie Dehart, Hobert Dehart, Marilea Eads and Millie Gibson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Richie of Weaverville and Trena Gates of Austin; and her siblings, Claude Dehart of Scottsburg and Leola Engel of Austin, Indiana.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
